OUR VISION
Our vision is to fill the accreditation practicum required by the Commission of Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management (CAHIIM) by participating in the HIM Professional Practice Experience and the completion of our projects.
HISTORY OF COVID-19
The ongoing Covid-19 outbreak is a global pandemic that is currently spreading all over the world. The U.S. reported its first confirmed case of Covid-19 on January 20, 2020. A few days later, the U.S. confirmed its second case and by the end of the week, both the WHO and the U.S. declared public health emergencies and informed citizens to prepare for containment. On February 13, 2020, the CDC confirmed its first Covid-19 case in Texas. As of March 25, 2022, there have been a total of 479,020,457 covid cases worldwide.
64.2% of the world population has received at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. 11.15 billion doses have been administered globally, and 16.69 million doses are now administered each day. In the US alone, 217,271,157 people are fully vaccinated.
